Our Services
We will reach out to your suppliers, equipment vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that we are putting together the most competitive price on bid day possible. Our team will finalize and submit the bid after you have finalized the bid with us. After the bid, we will follow up with all bidders and do our best to get bid results, negotiate the bid, and track the bid until the project has been awarded. Once the project is awarded to you we will schedule a turnover meeting to discuss any questions your team may have with the project.
Duct Take-off
Material Only
With this option, you will receive an itemized material takeoff for the duct, condensate piping, gas piping, and refrigerant piping. Customers who use this option take the materials provided and use them in their own estimation software or spreadsheet.
The Estimators Assistant
Material, Labor, & Equipment Counts
We will perform a takeoff that includes labor, materials, and equipment counts on our estimating excel sheet. We will also provide you with a scope sheet of inclusions and exclusions. Your team will enter in quotes from vendors and subcontractors and finalize the bid.

We understand time is very valuable; with this option we have you covered from start to finish. Send us a bid list with plans or the invitation to bid and our team will take it from there. We will represent your company and reach out to engineers or general contractors with questions or concerns that may arise during takeoff.
How our services work
- Send us the plans, specifications, and addendum.
- Choose from one of our estimating packages that best suits your needs or contact us and we will customize one that fits your needs.
- We will review the specifications, notes, send out for quoted material, subcontractor pricing to ensure you are ready for bid day.
- You can rest assured that your labor and material will be accurate. We use some of the best HVAC estimating software in the industry.
- During our review, we will provide you with true break-even costs before plugging in your burden, overhead, and profit.
- After the estimate and scope have been reviewed by you we will submit you proposal if needed.
- Upon your request, we will follow up and negotiate (if possible) with General Contractors to help get you a signed contract.
- Results will be added into our tracking system to increase your win-ratio percentages and ensure that you dialed into your local market.
